A. We sell vip membership and paid hosting too which help us to manage our costs.
Q. Why post2host ?, i find it a little annoying.
A. Running post2host help us to get "real" customers and limits the abuse of our servers.
Q. How many server do you have ?
A. We currently have 2 servers both are offshore.
Q. What panel are they running ?
A. They are all running original cpanel.
Q. Do you have auto-installer on all servers ?
A. Yes, we have softaculous on all servers.
Q. What is onshore and offshore ?
A. Onshore servers are those which are located on US and other countries having strict laws, whereas offshore means servers are located in countries like germany , where the laws are relaxed in related to hosting content.
Q. I have heard that free hosting usually sells your information to spammers, how safe is my personal info with you ?
A. WE WILL NEVER EVER EXPOSE YOU PERSONAL INFO TO ANYONE.

Q. What all packages do you have ?
A. We have 4 packages each for onshore and offshore.
Q. You offer VIP membership too ?, what are the features of it ?
A. Yes we do offer VIP membership, the details can be found in the thread title "VIP MEMBERSHIP AND FEATURES".
Q. Do you offer paid hosting too ?
A. Yes we offer paid hosting as VIP MEMBERSHIP, paid clients / vip members get faster support and priority access and better servers.
Q. I want to start a hosting too, Do you offer Resellers too ?
A. Yes we do offer resellers at an amazingly low price.
Q. I am already starting to love your hosting, how can i order my hosting ?
A. You need to post in order to get your hosting, check out our plans in the "Hosting Plans" thread and decide on the one which suits you best. Make necessary posts and order.
Q. How much time will it take after ordering to get my account ?
A. We have fully automated process for it so the details of your account will be mailed to you instantly.
Q. Im troubled seeing the number of servers available, can you help me ?
A. All the servers are fast and stable, and all 3 provide 99% uptime.
Q. Im having some troubles in ordering, where can i get help ?
A. Please post in the support section, we will get to you ASAP.
Q. I had ordered hosting but i didnt recieve any emails from you.
A. Please check the spam folder, it will be there.
Q. Do you have automated backups ?
A. No, we cant afford automated backups. However, we will restore a full cpanel backup in case of data loss (first priority will be VIP). So we recommend you to have offline "Full cPanel Backups" at the ready.
However we do take backups manually but please dont rely on that.
Q. Do you limit my cpu/ram usage ?
A. We dont limit our clients cpu/ram usage but monitor and log them using custom scripts, so if you cross the defined limit too many times, your account will be terminated.
Q. What direct termination ?
A. No, as said above termination will be done on repeated excess usage. You will be notified through PM/EMAIL if we see that you are exceeding the allotted resources.
Q. Cant i see my resource usage ?
A. No, all the software to monitor these are paid and hence we cant afford to install them at the moment. Maybe in the future we might enable that.
Q. Are the allotted resources different for paid/vip ?
A. Obviously, paid clients have been given a bigger slice of our resources than free members.
Q. Can i run p2h, using your reseller ?
A. It depends on senior administrator and system administrators decision. Please contact them for further inquiries.
Q. Can i get custom hosting packages ?
A. Yes you can, please PM the quotation to any of the senior admins and wait for them to reply.
